Q: What results can I expect?
A: I can't guarantee YOUR results - only YOU can create results by having the courage and determination to do the work of personal growth and development. However, clients have reported higher earnings, more fun, more time to do what they love to do, improved relationships, improved physical shape, less stress and a greater sense of purpose.
Q: What will we talk about?
A: We'll begin by finding your vision for your future, and then we'll work out actions to move you toward that vision. In each session, you will drive the agenda - we'll talk about what is most urgent for you.
Q: How do I coach my clients?
A: I act as your partner, champion, sounding board and - occasionally - as your personal kick-in-the-seat-of-the-pants. I help you focus on crossing the gap between who you are today and who you wish to become. I listen a lot, and ask far more questions than you will want me to ask. I expect your best and I ask you to do more than you would on your own. I tell the truth and I help you see what is great about you. I give lots of homework.
